About This Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee our HubSpot implementation and onboarding projects. You will be the bridge between our clients and our technical team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple HubSpot implementation projects simultaneously
- Create project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Coordinate resources and tasks among the technical team
- Communicate progress and manage expectations with clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
