About This Role
HubsPlanet is looking for a Business Development Consultant to support client acquisition for our HubSpot consulting and CRM automation services across the US market. This role involves outreach, discovery calls, solution presentations, proposal handling, and onboarding coordination. It is designed for experienced professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are comfortable with a commission-based structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & engage US-based prospects
- Conduct introductory and discovery conversations
- Present HubSpot-focused solutions
- Prepare proposals using structured templates
- Coordinate smooth transitions to the service delivery team
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B business development or full-cycle sales
- Strong communicator with presentation confidence
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, digital services, or marketing tech (preferred)
- Able to run discovery calls, explain solutions, and build trust
- Self-driven and comfortable operating independently
